Big job portals have plenty of jobs, but rarely the right one. Job seekers read listing after listing and still don't know if they fit. Companies receive applications that don't suit the role.
Goal
A portal for all of Switzerland that makes fit visible. Job seekers see at a glance how well a job suits them. And the portal had to launch without starting from scratch.
What we did

One codebase for two portals
jobmuni.ch runs on the same codebase as joblie.li. What already worked in Liechtenstein was there for Switzerland from day one.

Percentage match
We built matching logic that compares job seekers with jobs. The result shows up as a percentage.
- 03
A brand of its own
jobmuni.ch has its own design and its own copy. Data and email run separately from joblie.li.
- 04
Marketing for the launch
Campaigns came in for the launch in October 2026. They help companies and job seekers find the new portal.

jobmuni.ch has been public since October 2026. Job seekers see as a percentage how well a job suits them. Because the codebase is shared, we build each improvement once and both portals benefit.
