In Mallorca, a lot of work depends on the season. Companies look for new staff every year, often at short notice. Applicants come from many countries and speak many languages.
Goal
A platform where companies post their own listings and pay for them online. Job seekers should read the content in their own language. And the pricing had to be clear enough for companies to book without asking.
What we did

We planned the offer for companies: account, listing, payment. The result was a clear model with paid listings.

Companies open an account, add their jobs and manage them themselves. That saves back-and-forth and manual work.

Multilingual
Content and workflows come in several languages. That way every listing reaches more people on the island.

Ongoing care
We keep the platform up to date and secure, and add new features. Companies and job seekers simply notice that everything works.

Mallorca Top Jobs is live. Companies post their own listings and pay online, and job seekers read in their own language. Since then, several languages and payment models have been everyday work for us.
