Hospitality

Reservations that come in by themselves.

For restaurants, cafés, hotels and event venues. Guests book online, you update the menu from your phone, and vouchers sell even at night. We handle the digital side, and you look after your guests.

Free · no obligation · no rush

In short

chrismachts builds websites for restaurants and hotels in the Rhine Valley and Eastern Switzerland, with online reservations, a menu you can edit yourself and voucher sales. The price depends on what you need: a simple website with reservations costs much less than one with a voucher shop and room booking. We agree the fixed price with you.

«Reservations by phone, last year's menu online.»

Hospitality

What we hear in hospitality.

  • In the middle of service, the phone rings for a reservation.

  • Our website still shows last autumn's game menu.

  • Only people who happen to walk past hear about our offers.

It doesn't have to be this way.

The recommended package for restaurants and hotels.

You start with a website, reservations and a menu. Vouchers, a newsletter and everything else come in when they pay off for you. We agree the fixed price with you based on effort, and you own everything.

Live demo

A voucher, sold at midnight.

Here's how our demo works. On 23 December, just before midnight, someone is still looking for a present. On your website, they choose a voucher, pay with TWINT and get the PDF by email straight away. In the morning, you see the sale in your inbox. We'll show you the voucher demo live on a call.

From idea to first reservation.

  1. 01

    Call, free and unhurried

In the afternoon between services, by video or at your place.

  2. 02

A quote, if you want one

With a fixed price and a clear scope. Nothing costs more without your OK.

  3. 03

    Menu and pictures

You send your menu, pictures and opening hours. If good pictures are missing, we organise a shoot through our network.

  4. 04

    Live, with a walkthrough

We test the reservations with you, then everything goes live. In the walkthrough, we show you how to change the menu and hours yourself. What comes next is up to you.

Questions from Hospitality

I already use a reservation system. Will that work?
Yes. Many reservation systems can be embedded in the website. We check yours before the quote and build on it.
Can I change the menu myself?
Yes. You change dishes, prices and the daily menu yourself, even from your phone. We show you how in the walkthrough. If a question comes up later, just get in touch.
What does a voucher shop cost?
It depends on what you need. Simple voucher sales are a small solution, while a full shop needs more. We agree the fixed price with you based on effort.
Does this work for a hotel too?
Yes. For rooms, we connect your booking system, and events and seminars run through enquiry forms. We add a second language such as English if your guests need it. What it costs is in the quote beforehand.
