Who is liable for the partners in the network?
You have one contract with chrismachts. We take responsibility for all partners we bring into the project. We put the arrangement with each partner in writing before the project starts.
Will you sign an NDA for large projects?
Yes. A confidentiality agreement applies with you and with everyone involved before we exchange any details.
Who owns the code, domains and accounts?
You do, from day one. Everything is in your name, and we only get the access we need for the work. Hosting is in Switzerland or the EU, where the provider allows it.
Do you work with our IT team on large projects?
Yes. We coordinate with your IT, use your systems where it makes sense and document everything for the handover.
How is a large project billed?
We first talk about goals and effort and agree on the scope together. After that, each phase gets its own fixed price, which you approve separately. Nothing costs more without your OK.
