Does it work with my calendar?
Yes, with the usual calendars, such as Google Calendar or Outlook. Booked appointments appear there directly, and busy times are blocked for customers.
Can I still take bookings by phone?
Yes. You enter them in your calendar as usual. The online booking then sees that time as taken.
What happens if a customer cancels?
They cancel or reschedule via the link in their confirmation. The slot is free again instantly, and on request the waiting list is notified.
Do I need a new website for online booking?
No. We build the module into your existing website. If you're planning a new website with us, online booking comes with every package if it helps you.
Is my customers' data safe?
Where possible, the data sits with providers that have servers in Switzerland or the EU. We only ask for what you need for the appointment. For medical practices, we clarify how health data is handled before launch.
