What happens to my customers' data with the AI assistant?
Where possible, we choose providers with servers in Switzerland or the EU. We only use AI providers that contractually don't train on your data. Together with us, you decide which data the AI may see.
Does the AI make up answers?
We set up the assistant to answer from your content. If it doesn't know something, it says so and hands over to you. Before launch, we test it with you on difficult questions.
Does the AI send emails to my customers by itself?
Only if you want it to. Usually the AI writes drafts, and you approve them. We agree together on what may go out automatically.
Do I need new software for this?
No. The assistant goes onto your existing website, and the agents work with your inbox and your software. Behind it is a well-known AI provider, which we choose with you to suit your data and tasks.
Is AI worth it for a small business?
