Questions about Shop & Payments

Which payment provider suits me?
That depends on your products, your revenue and the fees. We compare the usual providers, such as Stripe or Payrexx, and choose with you the one that suits your shop. For customers in Switzerland, TWINT is usually part of it.
What does the shop cost after launch?
Each sale incurs the payment provider's fees, plus hosting. With the Calm care plan from CHF 199 per month, we look after updates, backups and security. You can cancel the plan any month.
Can I change products and prices myself?
Yes. After the walkthrough, you manage products, prices and stock yourself. The shop, the domain and all accounts belong to you.
Does the shop work with my accounting and stock system?
With common Swiss programs like bexio, usually yes, through their interfaces. We check this before the quote. For large inventory or stock management systems, we bring in integration specialists from our network.
Do I even need a shop as a service business?
Often a small shop for vouchers and subscriptions is enough. That way, a hairdresser or a driving school, for example, can sell after hours too. On the call, we tell you what's worth it for you.
