Questions about Automation
Is automation worth it for a small business?
Usually yes, as soon as a task comes back every week. On the call, we quickly work out how many hours a process costs you today. If it isn't worth it, we tell you.
Does it work with my accounting software?
With common Swiss accounting programs like bexio, usually yes, through their interfaces. We check this before the quote.
Do I have to switch software?
No. We connect what you already use. Only if a program slows your process down do we suggest an alternative.
What happens to my data?
Your data stays in your accounts. Where possible, we choose providers with servers in Switzerland or the EU. For AI, we only use providers that contractually don't train on your data.
What if a process gets stuck?
We build every process so that it reports errors. With a care plan, we fix problems without you having to do anything.
